At The Defib Group, we aim to deliver your defibrillators and medical equipment quickly, safely, and reliably.


2. Order Processing

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day

  • You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched


3. Shipping Locations

We currently ship to:

  • Ireland

  • United Kingdom

  • European Union countries

If you require shipping outside these regions, please contact us before placing your order.


4. Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times:

  • Ireland: 1–3 business days

  • UK: 2–5 business days

  • EU: 3–7 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays or external factors.


5. Shipping Costs

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size

  • Free shipping may be offered on selected orders or promotions


6. Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can monitor your delivery.


7. Delays & Issues

While we aim to meet all delivery timeframes, delays may occasionally occur due to:

  • High demand

  • Courier service disruptions

  • Customs processing (for international orders)

The Defib Group is not responsible for delays once the order has been handed over to the courier.


8. Damaged or Lost Items

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery (for damaged items)

  • Provide photos and order details

We will work quickly to resolve the issue by offering a replacement or refund where appropriate.


9. Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure all delivery details are correct at checkout.
We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.


10. Customs & Duties

For orders outside Ireland:

  • Customs fees, duties, or taxes may apply

  • These charges are the responsibility of the customer
